SHTP unique design enables us to custom build pumps to maximize productivity and performance from standard parts. This flexibility in manufacturing gives the customer the unique pump best suited to his application and simplifying our manufacturing process to maintain quick deliveries.

Any complex Customer requirement can be quickly converted into Pump solutions involving our latest computer aided design capabilities.
Spares for all pumps are easily available, since most parts are from standard manufacturing schedules. Every pump manufactured has a “manufacturing card” called “Works Report” that records important manufacturing data. These records even go back to our oldest pumps in operation for any kind of spare.

SHTP unique design and custom made pumps never forget the people who maintain them. All our designs keep maintenance as priority number one, which means no special tools nor are special skills required to maintain, service or overhaul our pumps that results in reduced downtime and increased productivity in the industry. Thus the pump does what it does best by spending most of its working life in operation in the industry and not in the maintenance bins.

SHTP Quality Assurance Plan

SHTP maintains an effective and timely Quality Assurance Program planned and developed in conjunction with other functions necessary to satisfy our customer’s requirements. The program ensures that the quality aspects are fully included and continuously maintained in all phases of manufacturing process. The purpose of this program is to establish uniform requirements for the conduct of Quality Assurance Activities within SHTP and to ensure that the end product reaches the customer fulfilling all the requirements as desired by the customer.
